My heart has a little chip in it on this last day of 2008.
I was with Journalspace for 4+ years, and I can't believe that it is gone forever. How sad. I will not only miss my blogging home there, but I will miss the hundreds of talented writers I read on a regular basis and the friends and family I created while I was there.
What made JS different from all of the other blogging sites was the sense of community; it really was the perfect microcosm of our world, and I am blessed to have been a part of it.
I hope that I will find some of my community--the process has already begun, and I have already connected with some other refugees, but it feels like such a daunting task to find everyone I am missing at the moment.
This is a difficult way to end a good year. I hope it portends positive things for 2009. Right now it feels like things couldn't get any more dire in terms of my blogging life.
Love and Belief.

JS could live once more and for now we have Dorrie's forum and this place.
It could have been much, much worse!
GoGo, I appreciate the positive comment you gave me. It helped!
Thankyou, and let's hope 2009 will be a great year for us all. :)

Another JS transplant.
Hi, GoGo. I only read you occasionally on JS but I will keep closer tabs this time around. We're all in this together.
Happy New Year!
Buck up, we're all trying to find each other--and succeeding, to a point! :)
Happy New Year GoGo!
Great to have so many comments--almost feels like old times!!
Happy New Year, everyone.
